Spicing up things, I love to make this Cajun influenced rice dish, it really does provide a nice alternative to the normal fried rice option. Equally suitable to eat on its own or as a side to something like blackened fish, or Cajun shrimp it will definitely be a winner.
Although there are a few herbs and spices in the recipe it is actually quite simple to make. So have a go and let me know.
