Whats to say, simple air fryer roasted potato with a tiny twist. Once you get used to an air fryer it become quite useful, particularly if you need to roast or cook something while your oven is doing the job of cooking the main meal.
Now for some home truths, and air fryer doesn't really fry, it is more like a fan forced oven and due to the small space it cooks pretty hot and can act almost like a fryer. It is touted as a healthier option to a deep fryer, this is truer of course, but also will not replace the method of deep frying. So like always experiment, test and modify as you go.
